Mike comes to us with 5 years of experience in commercial insurance taking on various risks including everything from gas stations and underground petroleum storage tanks to various property and inland marine exposures associated with construction, manufacturing and entertainment industries.
Prior to insurance Mike has a decade of experience creating and maintaining extensive environmental, health and safety programs for various manufacturing facilities operating with heavy machinery and chemicals.
Mike has been a member of the Chagrin Valley Jaycees for 15 years where he is now the active president of the organization. He is on several planning committees for various local non-profit events including the annual Chagrin Valley Blossom Time Festival.
Mike has always had a love for Zoos and Aquariums and started his first fish tank when he was 4 years old. During his years at Bowling Green State University, he worked after hours at the BGSU Marine Lab as a lab assistant maintaining over 20 aquarium systems, designing setups and building tank filtration units from scratch. Mike still enjoys the hobby today having several systems currently set up at his home in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mike also enjoys coaching lacrosse for the community’s local youth lacrosse program.
